This notice explains how Lyrika Immigration Services handles personal information submitted through this website. It applies to the website enquiry form and initial communications that follow an enquiry.

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the name and email address you provide, your selected type of enquiry, your message, the language and page from which the form was sent. Please do not include passport numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive documents in the form.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, understand what service you are asking about and arrange a consultation if requested. Sending an enquiry does not create a consultant–client relationship or authorize representation.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered using Brevo to the business inbox. These providers may process limited personal information and technical data on Lyrika Immigration Services’ behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention and protection
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, provide requested services, meet professional or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used according to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and questions
